This is less make believe and magic and more marketing. I think they could have made this great and kinda sold out. Try Neil Gaiman's Stardust or even Inkheart for some well written fantasy aimed at teens. Terry Pratchett books. Even the Hunger Games. Just cause they are not adults doesnt mean they dont want to enjoy well written plots and not pandering. Just sayin'.
Ok, Disney, you need your own Bratz line. I get it. But why are the 'parents' so darn flat and stupid? And why do they only have one parent each? And who crowns a king at 16? I...CAN'T...EVEN.
